Once you have created a user, your SOGo instance can be accessed using Outlook. In this chapter, we are providing you with a step-by-step guide on how to connect your SOGo instance with Outlook so you can access you emails, dates and address books.
SOGo URLs always follow the same template: https://yoururl-tld.netcup-mail.de/
Once you have set up a SOGo instance with your desired URL, you can simply access it via the web interface by going to the address found in your Customer Control Panel.
Open Outlook. Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner, then navigate to the "Accounts Settings" item. Select the option "Manage Profiles". In the next window, select "Email Accounts", then "New".
Click on "Microsoft Exchange Server".
Enter your data as follows:

|Please enter your email address here.
|You can define this yourself in the customer area. You can also use this password to retrieve emails or to log in to the SOGo web interface.
|You can assign this individually. Your calendar will be stored inside Outlook under the name given in the description.
You have successfully connected your SOGo account with Outlook. You can now directly access your emails, dates and address books.
