Once you have created a user, your SOGo instance can be accessed using an Android device. In this chapter, we are providing you with a step-by-step guide on how to connect your SOGo instance with your Android device, so you can access you mails, dates and address books.
Please note that this guide may not perfectly reflect the process on your device as Android devices can differ greatly between manufacturers and software revisions.
SOGo URLs always follow the same template: https://yoururl-tld.netcup-mail.de/
Once you have setup a SOGo instance with your desired URL, you can simply access it via the web interface by going to the address found in your Customer Control Panel.
As Android does not natively support CalDAV and CardDAV, you must install DAVx⁵, an open-source solution for syncing CalDav and CardDav on Android via F-Droid: https://f-droid.org/en/packages/at.bitfire.davdroid/
Once you have installed DAVx⁵, open the app and set up CalDav and CardDav using the following data:

Navigate to the "Accounts and backup" item in the "Settings" app. Select the option "Accounts". In the next window, select "Add account", then "Private (IMAP)"
