Renewing Your Certificate

netcup will contact you in advance informing you that a renewal is required.

To ensure continued safe use, our customers have to manually renew their Certificates on a regular basis.

1. Accessing the CCP

Open your Customer Control Panel (CCP) and click the "Certificates" entry in the left navigation bar. Look for the certificate you want to renew. You can identify the specific certificate using the domain name.

2. Renewing your certificate

For certificates that need to be renewed, a "Renewal" button is displayed to the right of the domain. Click this button to renew your certificate:
