Using SOGo with Outlook

Connect your SOGo instance to Outlook (2024) to be able to access emails directly.

The synchronization of calendars and contacts is currently not supported in the new Outlook (2024). Only emails can be synchronized via IMAP.

1. Open settings

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. On the View tab, select View settings.
  3. Go to Accounts > Email Accounts.
  4. Select Add Account.

2. Connect

  1. Enter your email address and click Next.
  2. Enter your password and click Next.
  3. Click Next again.
  4. IMAP is being synchronized.

3. Success

You have successfully connected your SOGo account to Outlook.
