Prepayment

After your first order, you will be asked to verify your identity or make a prepayment.

In some cases, the prepayment option may not be available for security purposes. Alternatively, you have the option of verifying your identity. Find out more.

Why is prepayment necessary?

We require prepayment or identity verification for first-time orders to prevent abuse and fraud. This ensures that all orders are processed in a reliable and secure manner. After you receive the email asking you to verify your account, you have 7 days to complete it.

How does the prepayment process work?

If you have opted for prepayment, you will receive an email with your payment request. You can also view the invoice in your Customer Control Panel (CCP).

The following payment methods are available:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card
  • PayPal

Once we have received your prepayment, we will make your product(s) available to you.

Why did I receive a prepayment as an existing customer?

  1. When booking a paid SSL certificate, a prepayment is due, as we also have to pay in advance for SSL certificates.
  1. If your order budget has been exhausted, we may also send prepayment requests.

Will the prepayment be debited from my bank account?

Prepayments must be paid manually for security purposes to ensure that the order is indeed requested.
