Payment Methods

Find out which payment methods are available to you.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, SEPA Direct Debit and PayPal.

1. Credit Card

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club (Discover), and American Express.

When paying by credit card, the invoice amount must be at least €0.50. This minimum amount is set by our payment service provider.

Storing Your Credit Card Details

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  1. Go to Master Data > Payment provider.
  2. Read the terms and conditions in the Credit card section and accept them by checking the box.
  3. Click Set up payment by credit card and follow the steps.
  4. Click Save card.

Alternatively, you can enter your credit card details in the Overview menu item under Outstanding invoices. To do so, click on the Credit Card Icon next to the relevant section and follow the steps.

Changing or Deleting Credit Card Details

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  1. Go to Master Data > Payment provider in the menu.
  2. Select Remove payment with credit card to delete your currently stored credit card.
  3. If you want to store new or updated credit card details, add them after removing the old credit card.

Making a One-Time Payment by Credit Card

You can also pay a single invoice by credit card. Make sure that you do not have a SEPA mandate on file. You have to remove it before you can make a payment by credit card.

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  1. Go to the Open Invoices section under the Overview menu.
  2. Click on the Credit Card Icon.
  3. Follow the remaining steps to complete your payment.
  4. Make sure you confirm the payment in the payment window. Otherwise, the amount will not be debited.

Will payment by credit card be made automatically once I have entered my details?

If you have any outstanding invoices and are providing your credit card details for the first time, you will be asked if you want to apply this payment method to your existing invoices:

  • If you agree, any outstanding invoices with a minimum amount of €0.50 or more will be paid automatically by credit card.
  • If you do not agree, all future invoices will be paid automatically by credit card, but not those that are currently outstanding.

2. Bank Transfer

You can also transfer your invoice amount manually. You can find our bank details on the PDF invoices.

  • Make sure that the recipient name and IBAN are correct.
  • Enter the invoice number in the reference field.

3. SEPA Direct Debit

You can grant netcup a SEPA mandate. This enables any outstanding invoices to be automatically debited from your bank account.

SEPA Direct Debit is only available to customers with a bank account in a SEPA member country.

Setting Up a SEPA Mandate

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  1. Go to Master Data > Payment provider in the menu.
  2. Go to the Bank details section.
  3. Enter your account details.
  4. Read the terms and conditions, then accept them by checking the box.
  5. Click Issue SEPA mandate.

4. PayPal

You also have the option of paying your outstanding invoices via PayPal.

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel (CCP).
  1. Go to the Open Invoices section under the Overview menu.
  2. Click on the PayPal Icon.
  3. You will then be redirected to PayPal, where you can complete your payment.

Please note that direct payments via PayPal are not possible. You must make your payment via the CCP instead.

5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I pay an invoice using different payment methods? No, that is not possible. Only one payment method can be selected at a time.
Can credit notes be refunded to a credit card? Yes, provided that there are no outstanding invoices and the original invoice was paid by credit card.
Are there plans to accept additional payment methods? Currently, there are no plans to add additional providers or payment methods. However, you are welcome to send us your requests using the contact form.
Can I set up automatic payments via PayPal? Automatic payment via PayPal is not possible. However, we are continuously expanding our services. You can send us your requests via the contact form.
I have received an invoice and a credit note. Can I just pay the difference?

If paying by bank transfer, please enter both invoice numbers (credit note and invoice) in the reference field. Then please check that the payment has been posted correctly. If you use a different payment method, please contact Customer Support.
