Sharing Calendars, Address Books, and Folders
Learn how to share your calendars, address books, and folders with others.
1. Share Calendars
- Log in to the SOGo web interface.
- Switch to the Calendar.

- Click the Three-Dot Icon next to the desired calendar.
- Click Sharing.

- In the search field, enter the username of the person to whom you want to grant access. Then, select the relevant person from the list.

- You can now edit this user's individual rights. Click Save to confirm your selection.

2. Share Address Books
- Log in to the SOGo web interface.
- Switch to the Address Book.

- Click the Three-Dot Icon next to the desired address book.
- Click Sharing.

- In the search field, enter the username of the person to whom you want to grant access. Then, select the relevant person from the list.

- You can now edit this user's individual rights. Click Save to confirm your selection.

3. Share Mailbox Folders
- Log in to the SOGo web interface.
- Click the Three-Dot-Icon next to the desired folder.

- Click Sharing.

- In the search field, enter the username of the person to whom you want to grant access. Then, select the relevant person from the list.

- You can now edit this user's individual rights. Click Save to confirm your selection.
